Because 6 of the 8 largest export market of Vietnamese Pangasius are falling in value in the year 2015. In particular, exports to the United States of America decreased 5.6%, to 14.3%, reduced to the ASEAN-EU decreased 4.3% to 39.8%, reduction of Brazil, to 13.2% reduction and reduced Mexico Colombia 13.2%.

With this tax ink most of the companies will not have the ability to export to the United States of America. To the Government, the Ministry of agriculture and rural development and the Industry should have the policy to promote the products of domestic and foreign test fish to encourage the consumption of these products, when the present domestic consumption accounted for only 5% of the total energy consumption.
